Project Overview

The WOW Summit is an in-person and digital conference for parents and caretakers to discover better-for-you products and hear from expert speakers on topics such as parenting, sustainability, and wellness. The Summit's branding is updated with each conference, depending on its location and its target audience. Below is the branding for WOW Summit '23, an in-person conference for both parents and content creators, taking place in Southern California.

My Contributions

I worked with the existing WOW Summit wordmark to develop a logo specific to the 2023 conference and designed a visual identity that was playful and approachable, utilizing a bright and modern gradient with retro elements. The branding and supporting visual elements were developed alongside and ultimately approved by the conference's founder a full year before the event's scheduled date in order to allow sufficient time for marketing and attendee registration, sponsorship sales, and speaker recruitment.

Website

I designed a visually appealing and user-friendly website that served as the central hub for information about the conference for attendees, speakers, and sponsors. The site maintained the Summit's vibrant branding, provided aneasy registration process, and offered a seamless browsing experience.

Sell Sheet

The sell sheet was one of many brand-to-brand marketing materials I designed for the sales team to utilize in selling sponsorships for the event. I presented dense information and pricing packages in an organized, readable layout amongst previous event stats and sponsor testimonials while maintaining the vibrant visual identity of the conference.

Marketing Assets

I collaborated with the director and social media manager to create a comprehensive marketing campaign across both email and social media platforms. My role was to design email and social templates that could be utilized for promotional content like special pricing discounts, speaker introductions, and sponsor highlights.
