Beyond the Lunchbox

Project Overview
The Beyond the Lunchbox Digital Conference invited parents to discover the big ideas and practical solutions behind sustainability, wellness, nutrition, and kid's lunch. It was a free, week-long digital event that featured expert-led videos and presentations.
My Contributions
I first developed the logo and branding for the event. It needed to speak to the broad topics between sustainability, nutrition, and lunch while also maintaining connection to the larger KIWI brand. After the logo came the design of the website where the event would be hosted, marketing assets, and further variations of the logo for future iterations of the event (i.e. 'Snack Sessions', a smaller pop-up series).

I worked with project managers, copywriters, and the CEO over several months to bring the inaugural event to the KIWI and Moms Meet audiences.
Landing Page
Users visited the Beyond the Lunchbox website for more information on speakers, sponsors, and the overall purpose of the event.
Video Pages
The digital event was hosted right on the Beyond the Lunchbox site. Users viewed live or upcoming presentations on the schedule page, and the Watch Now page featured live videos, chat boxes to connect with speakers and other attendees, and opportunities to enter for prizes.
Marketing Assets
I designed and deployed all emails for promotion of the event. Designed reminder and recap emails were also deployed to the registrants daily during the seven-day event. Pins and social images were utilized for event promotion and education.
