Project Overview

David S. Brown is a Baltimore real estate company that provides development, construction, leasing, sales and management services. This project's objective was to design a user-friendly website for DSB's residential properties in throughout Baltimore City and Baltimore County. The visual identity needed to be luxurious and welcoming for current and prospectiveresidents.

My Contributions

I supported the team's lead designer by conducting research for the project and planning a concept that aligned with the client's expectations. I utilized brand assets provided by the client to create a site prototype and design for all pages, which I then presented for review by the lead designer and implementation by the development team.

Homepage and Properties

The homepage featured a video-background hero moment, showcasing the sights and life of Baltimore, where DSB has apartments for rent. DSB's value proposition is clearly stated above collage-style image links for each of the company's properties. The properties page features an interactive map with apartment indicators across the Baltimore area for users to explore.

Interior Pages

Interior pages maintained the sophisticated visual identity of the company, utilizing polished typography and high quality photography from DSB's properties. Below are designs for an about and contact pages, a blog for news and events, and an entry portal for current residents.
